Refund Policy

For products purchased from Velliano, your refund requests are evaluated within a specific period from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged. Once the refund process is initiated, an inspection is performed, and approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
