Harcanmış krediler iade edilmez. Bir kredi harcandığında görsel üretimi gerçekleşmiş ve bizim tarafımızda geri alınamayan bir maliyet doğmuş olur. Üretilen görseli beğenmemeniz tek başına iade sebebi değildir; hangi kalitede üretim yapacağınızı ve kaç kredi harcayacağınızı üretim öncesinde ekranda görürsünüz.
Yeni hesaba verilen 9 hediye kredinin ücreti ödenmediği için iadesi de söz konusu değildir.
Hesabınızın kayıtlı e-posta adresinden destek@velliano.com adresine yazın. Mesajda şunlar olsun:
Talebinizi aldığımıza dair cevabı en geç 3 iş günü içinde veririz.
Talep onaylandığında ücret, ödemeyi aldığımız yoldan iade edilir. Paranın hesabınıza geçmesi bankanıza bağlı olarak genellikle 5 ile 10 iş günü sürer. İade edilen kredi hesabınızdan düşülür.
Hesabınızı silerseniz harcanmamış krediler de silinir. Silmeden önce 14 günlük süre içindeyseniz iade isteyebilirsiniz.
Bu metin yasal haklarınızı sınırlamaz. Bulunduğunuz ülkenin tüketici mevzuatı size daha geniş bir hak tanıyorsa o geçerlidir.

In short: we refund credits you have not spent, if you ask within 14 days of purchase. Spent credits are not refundable.
We refund the price of credits you bought but have not yet spent. The request must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
Spent credits are not refunded. Once a credit is spent the image has been generated and we have incurred a cost we cannot recover. Not liking a generated image is not by itself a reason for a refund; the quality you choose and the number of credits it will cost are shown on screen before generation starts.
The 9 free credits given to a new account were never paid for, so there is nothing to refund.

We acknowledge requests within 3 business days.
Once approved, the refund is issued through the same method used for payment. Depending on your bank it usually reaches you in 5 to 10 business days. Refunded credits are removed from your account.
Deleting your account also deletes unspent credits. If you are still inside the 14 day window you can request a refund before deleting.
This policy does not limit your statutory rights. Where the consumer law of your country gives you broader rights, those rights apply.
