Velliano hiçbir ürünü satmaz, stoklamaz ve kargolamaz. Bir parçanın yanındaki satın alma düğmesi seni satıcının kendi sayfasına götürür. Satış sözleşmesi seninle o satıcı arasında kurulur. Fatura, teslimat, cayma hakkı, iade ve ayıplı ürün sorumluluğu satıcıya aittir.
Velliano bu yönlendirmelerden ortaklık komisyonu alabilir. Bu, senin ödediğin fiyatı değiştirmez.
Yüklediğin tüm boy ve yüz fotoğrafları sana ait olmalıdır. Başka bir kişinin fotoğrafını onun açık rızası olmadan yükleyemezsin. Çıplaklık, müstehcenlik, şiddet veya çocuk içeren görsel yükleyemezsin.
Uygulamaya kendi eklediğin ürün görsellerinin kullanım hakkına sahip olduğunu beyan edersin. Bu görsellerin telif sorumluluğu tamamen sana aittir. Üçüncü bir kişi hak iddia ederse sorumluluk yükleyene aittir.

Bu nedenle Keşfet bölümünde paylaşılan kombinlerde, kullanıcının kendi yüklediği ürün fotoğrafları hiç gösterilmez; yalnızca bizim izinli kataloğumuzdan gelen ürün fotoğrafları görünür.
Üretilen kombin görseli bir yapay zeka tahminidir. Kıyafetin sende nasıl duracağını kesin olarak göstermez; bedenin uyup uymayacağı hakkında hiçbir şey söylemez. Renk, kumaş dokusu, kol boyu ve küçük detaylar gerçeğinden farklı çıkabilir. Satın alma kararını buna dayandırma.
Kendi fotoğrafından üretilen görselleri kişisel olarak kullanabilir ve paylaşabilirsin.
Görsel üretimi bizim için ücretli bir işlemdir. Bu nedenle hesap başına günlük ve toplam üretim sınırı uygulanır. Bu sınırları önceden haber vermeden değiştirebiliriz. Uygulamayı otomatik araçlarla kullanmak, sınırları aşmaya çalışmak veya sisteme yük bindirmek yasaktır.
Keşfet bölümünde paylaştığın kombinler ve yazdığın yorumlar herkese açıktır. Hakaret, taciz, nefret söylemi, reklam ve spam yasaktır. Kuralları çiğneyen içeriği kaldırabilir, tekrarı halinde hesabı kapatabiliriz. İstemediğin kullanıcıları engelleyebilir ve içerik bildirebilirsin.
Velliano geliştirme aşamasındadır. Hizmet geçici olarak kesilebilir, özellikler değişebilir veya kaldırılabilir. Hizmetin kesintisiz çalışacağını garanti etmiyoruz.
Velliano "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Satıcıdan aldığın üründen doğan sorunlar satıcının sorumluluğundadır.
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli bir değişiklikte kayıtlı e-posta adresine haber veririz. Değişiklikten sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmen yeni koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.
Kombin üretmek için kredi kullanılır. Krediyi uygulamadan paket halinde alırsın. Krediler yalnızca Velliano içinde kullanılır, nakde çevrilmez ve başkasına devredilmez.
Ödemeler, satıcı sıfatıyla hareket eden ödeme sağlayıcımız üzerinden alınır; faturayı o düzenler ve vergiyi o hesaplar.
İade: Kredi dijital bir üründür ve hesabına anında geçer. Satın almadan sonraki 14 gün içinde, henüz harcamadığın kredilerin ücretini geri alabilirsin. Harcanmış kredilerin ücreti iade edilmez, çünkü üretim gerçekleşmiş ve maliyeti oluşmuştur. İade için aşağıdaki adrese yazman yeterli.
Hesabını silersen kalan kredilerin de silinir ve ücretleri iade edilmez. Silmeden önce iade istemen gerekir.
Bu koşullara İngiltere ve Galler hukuku uygulanır ve uyuşmazlıklarda İngiltere ve Galler mahkemeleri yetkilidir. Yaşadığın ülkenin tüketici mevzuatından doğan ve sözleşmeyle ortadan kaldırılamayan hakların saklıdır.

Velliano is an app that combines clothing items from different brands onto
a photo you upload and produces a single outfit image. The service is provided

Velliano does not sell, stock or ship any product. The buy button next to an item takes you to the seller's own page. The sale contract is between you and that seller. Invoicing, delivery, the right of withdrawal, returns and faulty goods are the seller's responsibility.
Velliano may earn an affiliate commission from these links. This does not change the price you pay.
The full body and face photos you upload must be of you. You may not upload a photo of another person without their explicit consent. Nudity, sexual content, violence and images involving children are not allowed.
You confirm that you hold the right to use any product image you add yourself. Responsibility for those images is entirely yours. If a third party makes a claim, it rests with the person who uploaded the image.
If a rights holder contacts us we may remove the content without prior notice. For such notices: destek@velliano.com.
For this reason, in outfits shared in Discover, product photos uploaded by users are never displayed; only product photos from our licensed catalogue are shown.
A generated outfit image is an AI estimate. It does not show exactly how a garment will look on you and says nothing about whether it will fit. Colour, fabric texture, sleeve length and small details may differ from reality. Do not base a purchase decision on it alone.
You may use and share images generated from your own photo.
Generating an image costs us money, so a daily and a total limit apply per account. We may change these limits without prior notice. Using the app with automated tools, trying to bypass the limits or placing load on the system is not allowed.
Outfits you share in Discover and comments you write are public. Insults, harassment, hate speech, advertising and spam are not allowed. We may remove content that breaks the rules and close accounts that repeat it. You can block users and report content.
Velliano is under development. The service may be interrupted, and features may change or be removed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Velliano is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. Problems with a product bought from a seller are that seller's responsibility.
We may update these terms. For a significant change we will notify your registered email address. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
Generating a look uses credits, which you buy in packs inside the app. Credits can only be used within Velliano. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to anyone else.
Payments are taken through our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record: it issues the invoice and handles the tax.
Refunds: credits are digital content and reach your account immediately. Within 14 days of purchase you may request a refund for credits you have not yet spent. Spent credits are not refundable, because the generation has taken place and its cost has been incurred. Write to the address below to request a refund.
If you delete your account, any remaining credits are deleted with it and are not refunded. Request a refund before deleting.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Any consumer rights under the law of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract are reserved.
