Cinsiyetini sormuyoruz. Yalnızca hangi kombinleri görmek istediğini soruyoruz. Konum, rehber, kamera erişimi ve reklam takibi kullanmıyoruz.

3. Hangi dış hizmetlere gidiyor

Velliano'nun çalışması için iki dış hizmet kullanılır. Bunlar dışında verilerin kimseyle paylaşılmaz.

Fotoğrafların OpenAI'a yalnızca sen bir kombin ürettiğin anda gönderilir, işlem bitince orada kalıcı olarak saklanmaz. Fotoğraflarının yapay zekayı eğitmek için kullanılmasına izin vermiyoruz.

4. Çerezler

Tek bir çerez kullanıyoruz: velliano_oturum. Bu çerez seni giriş yapmış tutar, altmış gün dokunulmazsa düşer ve sayfadaki hiçbir kod tarafından okunamaz. Reklam veya takip çerezi kullanmıyoruz.

Ayrıca tarayıcının kendi hafızasında velliano_dil adıyla yalnızca seçtiğin dil tutulur. Bu bize gönderilmez.

5. Ne kadar süre saklıyoruz

Hesap verileri hesabın açık kaldığı sürece saklanır.
Hesabını sildiğinde her şey silinir: fotoğrafların, dolabın, kombinlerin, paylaşımların, yorumların, beğenilerin ve bildirimlerin. Görseller diskten de kalkar. Geri getirilemez.
Doğrulama ve sıfırlama kodları 15 dakika sonra geçersiz olur ve kullanıldıkları anda silinir.

6. Hakların

Velliano'yu işleten şirket Birleşik Krallık'ta kayıtlı olduğu için UK GDPR uygulanır. Türkiye'de yaşıyorsan KVKK'dan doğan hakların da saklıdır. Her iki düzen de sana aynı temel hakları verir: verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve bir kopyasını alma hakkına sahipsin.

Bu hakların çoğunu uygulamadan kendin kullanabilirsin: adını ve resmini Ayarlar bölümünden değiştirebilir, kombinlerini tek tek veya toplu silebilir, hesabını bütün verisiyle birlikte kaldırabilirsin. Başka bir talebin için destek@velliano.com adresine yaz.

7. Güvenlik

Parolan geri çevrilemez biçimde (scrypt) özetlenerek saklanır. Oturum çerezi tarayıcıdaki hiçbir kod tarafından okunamaz. Giriş denemeleri sınırlandırılmıştır. Hiçbir sistem tamamen güvenli değildir; bu nedenle paylaşmak istemediğin bir fotoğrafı yüklememeni öneririz.

8. Çocuklar

Velliano 16 yaşından küçükler için değildir. 16 yaşından küçük birine ait olduğunu öğrendiğimiz hesabı sileriz.

9. Bu metin değişirse

Önemli bir değişiklikte kayıtlı e-posta adresine haber veririz.

Privacy Notice

Short version:

Your photos are used only to generate your own outfit.
Your photos are not used to train any AI model.
Your photos are never sold or given to anyone for advertising.
When you delete your account, your photos are deleted too.

The Turkish version is the binding one; this translation is for convenience.

We do not ask for your gender. We only ask which outfits you want to see. We do not use location, contacts, camera access or advertising trackers.

3. Which external services receive data

Velliano relies on two external services. Beyond these, your data is not shared with anyone.

Your photos are sent to OpenAI only at the moment you generate an outfit and are not kept there afterwards. We do not allow your photos to be used for training AI models.

4. Cookies

We use a single cookie: velliano_oturum. It keeps you signed in, expires after sixty days of inactivity, and cannot be read by any code on the page. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

Your browser also stores your chosen language under velliano_dil. This is never sent to us.

5. How long we keep it

Account data is kept for as long as your account exists.
When you delete your account everything goes: your photos, wardrobe, outfits, posts, comments, likes and notifications. Images are removed from disk as well. This cannot be undone.
Verification and reset codes expire after 15 minutes and are deleted the moment they are used.

6. Your rights

The company behind Velliano is registered in the United Kingdom, so the UK GDPR applies. If you live in Türkiye, your rights under KVKK are also reserved. Both give you the same core rights: to know whether your data is processed, to request information, correction or deletion, to object to processing, and to receive a copy.

You can exercise most of these in the app yourself: change your name and picture in Settings, delete outfits one by one or all at once, and remove your account with all its data. For anything else write to destek@velliano.com.

7. Security

Your password is stored as an irreversible hash (scrypt). The session cookie cannot be read by any code in the browser. Sign-in attempts are rate limited. No system is completely secure, so we suggest you do not upload a photo you would not want shared.

8. Children

Velliano is not for anyone under 16. We delete accounts we learn belong to someone under 16.

9. If this notice changes

For a significant change we will notify your registered email address.
